How long is fulfillment?  Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days. All packages are shipped after 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holiday weekends..

Do you offer any refunds or exchanges? We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, we do provide store credit or exchanges.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 What color of shirts do you have available? We regularly stock black, white, gray, red, and blue in every style. Looking for a different color? No problem! We can special order a wide range of colors — just note that this will require additional time for fulfillment.

Can I personalize my shirt? Yes! You can personalize any shirt in our shop with a name, age, date, or custom phrase.

What type of shirts do you offer? How do they run? Most of our shirts are made from 100% cotton, while some are cotton/poly blends.

  • Ladies V-Neck: Slim and fitted

  • Flowy Tees: Oversized and can be worn off the shoulder

How do I wash my items? Does the glitter come off?
To preserve your design:

  • Turn the shirt inside out

  • Wash in cold or warm water on delicate

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

We use premium no-flake glitter vinyl, so your design will stay put — no glitter mess guaranteed!

Do you offer custom orders? Yes — custom orders are our specialty!
Simply email or text us your ideas or reference photos. We’ll provide a quote and work with you to finalize the design. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice with all the details:

  • Style

  • Color

  • Design

  • Pick-up or shipping date

Please review all invoice details carefully — your custom order will be made exactly as described. Turnaround time varies based on the design complexity.
