FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long is fulfillment? Fulfillment takes 2-7 business days; all orders are shipped after 5pm Monday thru Friday. We do NOT ship on Saturdays & Sundays nor Holiday weekends.
Do you offer any refunds or exchanges? We do not offer refunds in the original payment just STORE CREDIT or exchanges. You are responsible for the return shipping cost if you process a return.
What color of shirts do you have available? Available colors are black, white, gray, red and blue in every style we carry. We can always order an array of colors but these need to be placed as a special order and therefore require a longer turn over time.
Can I personalize my shirt? You can personalize any shirt in our shop with a name, age, date, or phrase!
What type of shirts do you offer? How do they run? All of our shirts are 100% cotton, and some are blended. Please e-mail us if you would like specifications. Most run true to size however the Ladies V do run very fitted. The flowy tees run big and wide and can be worn off the shoulder. All measurements are on the style charts. We suggest measuring a shirt you own against the style chart for a perfect fit.
What brands do you offer? Depending on the style of shirt we either provide Next Level, Bella Canvas, and Gildan Soft style.
How do I wash my items? Does the glitter come off? To wash your items, you may place it in the washing machine inside out in cold or warm water on delicate, tumble dry low or hang dry. Feel free to place your glitter items in the wash with other clothing, we only use the highest quality NO FLAKE glitter, so you never have to worry about a speck of glitter ever coming off.
Do you offer custom orders? Custom Orders is the best part of what we do! If you would like to place a custom order, please e-mail or text us pictures or ideas of what you want. Once we have received them, we can accurately send you a quote. Once we have agreed on the design and price of an item, we will e-mail you an invoice which will include color, style, design, pick up date and/or ship date will all be stated on the invoice. Please make sure you read everything carefully as that is exactly what we will make. Turnaround time for custom orders depends on design.
Where are your products from? Our products such as dresses, shoes, blouses, and such are manufactured from many origins. Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are designed by us but manufactured from other origins as well.
