What is taking so long?

I ordered this top for a Miami Dolphins game 1 week ago & i have yet to get an update. The game is in 1 week! Can you fix this? Whats going with my order

Hi! I haven’t received it yet… I ordered the top for the miami dolphins game today and left last friday. Unfortunately UPS didn’t do their job by leaving a notice that they passed by my house so I didn’t know they came… I technically don’t need it anymore since the game is today and I have nothing to wear… really disappointed but its not you guys fault
